Job Description
To assist customers leaving the visitor garages by operating the
fee computer gates and other hardware while processing payments of
cash, checks, validations, and credits cards. The give out campus
information and directions to the guests, patient and the public.
To assist the customer service manager in the performance of
his/her tasks.

related equipment.
Some knowledge of procedures for calculating parking charges,
collecting fees from customers, and responding to customer

Level and type of experience
Some customer service experience.
Some experience working as a cashier to include receiving and
accounting for money, balancing a cash drawer and reconciling
reports. Some experience working at a customer service desk and
providing information to customers.

Ability to work alternative shift (day/night/weekend).
Conditions of Employment
Applicant must be willing to work alternate shifts including days,
evenings, weekdays and weekends.
