Description
The Department of Neurology at the University of Virginia seeks applicants for a General Neurologist at the Assistant Professor rank (tenure eligible). The incumbent will participate in caring for adults primarily or exclusively in the outpatient setting. To be considered for the tenure-eligible position, candidates must have a strong interest in a career in academic medicine and demonstrate scholarship and excellence in two domains consistent with the requirements for tenure in the School of Medicine. This position will remain open until filled. This is an Exempt level, benefited position.

Qualifiations
Candidates must have an MD or DO, and be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology at the time of hire.
