Summary
The Weindel Lab, based in the Department of Microbiology focuses on immunology of the periphery and central nervous system (CNS), studying how disease-associated genetic variants impact immune function in the brain and periphery and predispose individuals to neurodegenerative disease and chronic inflammatory conditions. The lab is currently seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow (Postdoc) who will, under minimal supervision, lead a project investigating the predisposition of different mouse strains to neurodegeneration and mitochondrial stress.
