THE ROLE

The Principal Officer - Student Communications and Reception Services is a key member of the Student Hwb team which is the first point of contact for student queries at UWTSD.

The role requires a strong emphasis on customer service and will specifically additionally lead on two main areas of Hwb activity:

Managing the University’s reception function, and providing line management to the reception staff team; and
Organising and actioning the Hwb’s communications across all channels, including social media, digital content, Hwb app and student bulletin content.
