The Digital Media and Communication Department at Effat College of Humanities invites applications for full time research oriented faculty positions, at the level of Associate Professor and Professor in the specialization of Digital Media and Integrated Marketing Communications.
Successful candidates will teach theoretical and practical courses in English (i.e. Web Development, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Branding and Startups, Project Management, and Co-op in Digital Media) using practical innovative methods, complement and enhance the research activities of the department and college with their own scholarly activities, supervise student research thesis/projects, and publish in top notch journals in their field.
Since the offered courses provide the students with intensive practical technical training, successful candidates must have advanced proficiency in using digital media applications, design software and other technical tools needed to teach and train the students in the Digital Media and Communication courses.
Minimum qualifications include:
*A Ph.D. holder in Mass Communication/Applied Arts, in the specialization of Digital Media and Integrated Marketing Communications.

* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* A decent professional experience in the Digital Media industry is a plus, since the added value to applications will be the demonstrated ability to facilitate practical training and development in the Digital Media field.
