Salary: Appointments are normally made at the starting salary, however comparable skills and experience will be considered. Future progression is based on annual performance review.
Duration of Contract: Fixed term for 18 months
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Full Time)
Location: Chelsea. This role is eligible for hybrid working.

About the Role
We are seeking a Change Analyst to join the Digital Services department as part of the Stratus project. This role will support the delivery of an ambitious new strategy, as the ICR embarks on a transformative programme to build a sustainable and forward-looking organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in gathering, analysing, and reporting on data related to planned changes, providing insights and recommendations to support the change management strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management activities by drafting plans, artefacts and meeting content
- Support stakeholder engagement activities and track engagement
- regularly review and update the Stratus change management plan
- Track and report on change management progress
- Conduct the change impact assessment for the programme to understand the impact that changes will have on personas, processes and ways of working
- Collate, analyse and interpret feedback and data related to the changes being implemented
About You
We are looking for a Change Analyst with strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, ideally with a change management qualification. You will have strong communication skills, a good ability to work in a team or independently and able to work under pressure.
You will also have a good ability to clearly articulate messages to different stakeholders, create and analyse surveys and develop visually engaging reports and presentations.
