An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Engagement Officer to join us on a permanent or fixed-term basis.
Based in the Development and Alumni Engagement Office (DAE) at Wellington Square, the Global Engagement Team supports Oxford’s global activities under the direction of the DAE’s Director of Global Philanthropy and the Local and Global Engagement Officer.
About the Role
The role of Global Engagement Administrator is vital for ensuring that the vital planning and administrative tasks that underpin the work of the Global Engagement Team are carried out in a timely and organised manner. There will also be scope for the role holder to lead on their own projects in agreement with the Senior Global Engagement Officer.
About You
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with confidence with people at a variety of levels of seniority and from a variety of cultures;
- Excellent organisation and IT skills, experience using Microsoft Office software;
- Experience of managing multiple important activities at the same time, prioritise effectively, manage own time, and meet deadlines;
- Strong writing skills with the ability to summarise complex information in a concise, easy to understand format;
