Major/Essential Functions- Manage all purchasing duties and maintain accurate records for administration, physicians, and staff.
- Oversee and maintain the department's inventory.
- Responsible for visa and permanent residence paperwork for physicians.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the entire department.
- Manage CME funds and contract payments.
- Assist clinic supervisors place purchase orders.
- Responsible for tracking CME funds and contract payments.
- Assist the department administrator and staff with reports.
- Perform day-to-day clerical and administrative functions in support of the department.
- This is not a complete list of all responsibilities and duties. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned by the department’s administrator, chair, physicians, and upper-level supervisors.
