As Development and Engagement Administrator, your duties will extend across a range of tasks including the administration and co-ordination of internal and external training events, Corporate Inductions and Development Days, updating and maintaining training records and supporting with engagement surveys and initiatives.

As Development and Engagement Administrator, you should have:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- GCSE grade A* C / 9 - 4 or equivalent in English and Maths
You should also be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of office administration processes and procedures, along with high levels of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages
- The ability to manage your own time and prioritise day to day workloads, as well as a flexible and adaptable manner, plus plenty of initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team work ethic
- A commitment to providing a highquality service to all customers
