As a Manager within Application Development, you'll be overseeing the team behind the development, integration, maintenance, and support of Enterprise Administrative Information Systems for the OSU/A&M system institutions. Your role will be a mix of planning, developing, testing, and documenting applications, while also defining and streamlining processes for the Application Development department. You'll lead exciting projects from start to finish for the Business Systems Team, participate in gathering requirements for new requests, and manage resources to bring these requests to completion.
Due to communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain cellular or other electronic communication device. The incumbent's salary includes additional compensation to apply toward the use of their personal cellular device.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Five years related work experience
The position requires the ability to be creative and work on projects independently or as a member of a project team. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with clear, grammatically correct English. Requires interaction with supervisors, colleagues, students, using tact, discretion, and independent judgement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or other related field.
Two or more years of supervisory and/or team leadership experience.
