Located right in the centre of Oxford, EM Normandie UK Oxford is a subsidiary of EM Normandie France, a business school founded in 1871 with an outstanding reputation as member of the ‘Conférence des Grandes Ecole’, with triple crown accreditation, and campuses in Paris, Caen, Le Havre, Dubai, Dublin, and Oxford.

We deliver a 5-year Master’s in Management programme (UG 1-3, MA 4-5) to French and international students from our 200 partner universities worldwide and accommodate around 300 students during each academic year on our campus in Oxford.
The opportunity
As Undergraduate Programme Assistant, you will be working as part of our friendly and dedicated, small international team ensuring the effective planning and delivery of the programme and communication with students. You will be working under the supervision of the Head of Undergraduate Programme and the Principal and in collaboration with other colleagues in Oxford and relevant divisions in France, Dubai and Dublin. This is a varied and interesting role which is pivotal to the running of our school.

About you
The successful candidate will have
- excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
- a proven ability to plan and manage complex administrative activities with competing priorities
- excellent organisational skills, a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the cpacity to work well with numbers (spreadsheets, invoices, etc.)
- the ability to plan and organise own workload and work effectively as part of a team
- an adaptable, reliable and flexible approach to working
- possess an open mind and the ability to emphasize with and understand the challenges faced by, international students
- excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with people of various backgrounds and cultures is essential to the role
