Salary Range: $58,000- $65,000/Annualized,
commensurate with education, experience and qualifications.
Hours: up to 40 hours per week, exempt.

Essential Functions
Job Summary
Provide professional skills in conducting research, coordination of
communication/publications and projects, and analyzing data to aid
administrators in the decision-making process.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide calendar support to the Dean and administrative support
to the Associate Deans and professional staff, in that
priority.
- Coordinate meetings and materials for Community Partnership and
Development areas.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Dean and college office
staff.
- Provide administrative support to academic departments as
needed.
- Responsible for gathering and analyzing information on a wide
range of topics, and dissemination of information relating to
reporting and projects.
- Work closely with the college finance team and Business Service
Center to assist with travel arrangements and purchases for the
Dean.
- Assists with college performance monitoring, information
gathering and reporting.
- Takes a proactive approach to assist co-workers in various
tasks.
- Serves as the college's point of contact for the gathering and
dissemination of information of assigned projects.
- Performs work tasks in a safe manner and in accordance with
work instructions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Three years of related professional experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Computer and related applications software, general office
equipment, calculator.

Working Conditions
- Office environment.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work.
Physical Demands:
- Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if
walking and standing are required, only occasionally.
- Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
This position will be located at both the downtown and 1604 campus.
Travel and parking expenses are the employee's
responsibility.
